在 KDE 中開啟 samba 分享的 office 文件

症狀：
KDE 桌面環境
在 samba 分享的資料夾中可以看見 doc docx xls xlsx odt ods 之類
需要用到 libreoffice 開啟的檔案
只能複製到本機上才能開啟
無法在檔案管理員中直接點擊開啟

解決方法：

$sudo zypper in orbit2 libreoffice-gnome

$vi ~/.profile

add

export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome

重新登入即可

gcin for openSUSE 13.1 Update

openSUSE 13.1 的 gcin 發現有2個問題，所以決定回報 bug 並進行線上更新

1. 之前跟各位報告過 gtk2 immodule cache update 的問題
  會導致無法在 firefox 等 gtk2-based 應用程式無法輸入中文
  (當 gcin 是你最後安裝的輸入法時就會這樣)
解決方法：
for x86

# gtk-query-immodules-2.0 --update-cache

for x86_64

# gtk-query-immodules-2.0-64 --update-cache

2. libreoffice 無法使用 on_the_spot 的輸入模式
  你會看到輸入法視窗一直固定在左上角
解決方法：
編輯 /etc/X11/xim.d/gcin
將 export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome 前後的判斷式都去除掉
只留這一行，要強迫系統使用 gtk 介面

3. 如果看不懂怎麼改，請直接安裝 M17N 套件庫中的 gcin

# zypper ar obs://M17N/openSUSE_13.1 m17n
# zypper ref m17n
# zypper in --from m17n gcin

更新尚在審核，不知何時發佈...

安裝很簡單，直接點 Get it ! 然後選擇用您的 LibreOffice 或 OpenOffice 開啟即可
基本上應是跨平台的，所以 windows 使用者一樣可以安裝

以下安裝示範：
選擇您要用的工具列，按下 Get it !

選擇用 LibreOffice 開啟
此時會開啟擴充套件管理員，請按「確定」來安裝

看完授權合約，然後按「接受」

重新開啟 LibreOffice 就會出現標點符號工具列
您可以將他拉到您想放置的地方

您可以用「檢視」--「工具列」--「標點符號」來臨時開啟或關閉此工具列

您也可以用「工具」--「擴充套件管理員」來管理或移除此工具列

說明：
1. imacat 提供的工具列，上面的符號是使用文字，
若您預設的字型剛好缺這個字，就會變成空白，如下圖：

而 openSUSE 12.2 使用文泉驛微米黑作為預設字體
就會這樣...
解決方法：
(1)將系統預設字體改成文泉驛正黑體(或其他不會有問題的字體)
您可以修改 /etc/fonts/conf.avail/58-suse-post-user.conf
注意這將使您的使用者介面字體全部改變
如果您不會修改，可以直接下載 https://dl.dropbox.com/u/6331820/57-hei.conf
(這個檔案是以文泉驛正黑體作為較優先的字體)
將這個檔案放在 /etc/fonts/conf.d/ 或 ~/.fonts/ 目錄中
然後以執行 fc-cache
(2)以 LibreOffice 內建的替代字型功能，
將 LibreOffice 中的文泉驛微米黑(或您系統的預設字體)用正確的字體代替
注意這動作也同時會改變您的 LibreOffice 介面字型


2. 對於教育從業人員可能需要比較標準的字體，可由下面連結下載
(1)教育部標準字體

將下載的字體放在 /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ 或 ~/.fonts/ 目錄中
執行 fc-cache
然後用 LibreOffice 選單上的「工具」--「選項」--「LibreOffice Writer」--「標準字型(亞洲語言)」更改內文所需使用的字體

Firefox 的 Oxygen 佈景主題
原本的 Firefox 長這個樣子：

請由 Firefox 的 工具--附加元件--搜尋：oxygen
您就可以找到 Oxygen KDE 的佈景主題了

安裝完後重新啟動，您就會看到 Firefox 的新風貌了

加入 http://repos.opensuse-community.org/subpixel/openSUSE_12.1/ 套件庫
YaST--軟體套件庫--新增--指定 URL--套件庫名稱自訂--位址如上--下一步 就完成了
接著開啟軟體管理
檢視--套件庫--選擇 subpixel (或您自己的命名)
選取 fontconfig-feature-subpixel-hinting
然後按上方的『切換系統套件』
重新登入
我覺得字變得清晰了

多媒體播放我用了 umplayer 和 vlc
以前習慣用的 smplayer 在播放老婆的 DV 傳過來的影片時畫面停格
但是直接用 mplayer 就不會
用 kaffeine 則只有一開始有聲音

把 Nepomuk 搜尋模組也停用了

如果想用 scim(-bridge) 可以直接使用，在安裝中文語系時就會自動安裝
但是 12.1 DVD 中附的 scim 沒有包含 gtk3-im-module 的補釘
所以在 gtk3 應用程式中會使用 xim 的備用模式，
您可以將 scim 及 scim-bridge 套件升級到 M17N 的套件庫中的
就可以在 GNOME 3 中輸入，也會在 GNOME 3 的系統匣顯示
若要使用 scim-bridge:

$ echo "export INPUT_METHOD=scim-bridge" >> ~/.profile

遇到 gtk3 應用程式時會 fallback 到 scim 模組
若要使用 scim:

$ echo "export INPUT_METHOD=scim" >> ~/.profile

scim 輸入法在 gnome 3 運作的圖

要在桌面搜尋有個小技巧，輸入中文後 Ctrl+space 切換成英文，就會送出字
不過因為無法選字，實用效果不大

停用 Apper

我使用了 http://hyperrate.com/dir.php?eid=218 中的 kai-mono 圖示作為預設的圖示
如果您想要用上游 gcin 使用的圖示，請安裝 gcin-branding-upstream

KDE 的使用者若沒有在 gtk3-base 應用程式輸入的需求，
gcin-gtk3-immodule 不見得要安裝，
同理，GNOME3 的使用者也不一定需要 gcin-qt4-immodule，
但是終端使用者可能不見得知道，因為基本桌面安裝時，系統中都有足夠的函式庫
加上 openSUSE 12.1 預設就使用 KDE4 或 GNOME3
所以就一併請大家都安裝了

值得一提的是， openSUSE 又重新提供了 KDE3 的應用程式
如果您的應用程式套件是 kde3 開頭的，您會需要 gcin-qt3-immodule，這就要請您自行安裝了

64 位元架構的系統，若要在 32 位元應用程式中輸入，則需自行加裝 -32bit 的部份

另外 gcin 無法在 libreoffice-kde 中正確游標跟隨(輸入視窗固定在左上角，這樣會害我被老婆罵)
所以我也強制加了 libreoffice-gnome 的相依性
並在 gcin 的啟動程序中強制 libreoffice 使用 gnome 介面
如果您不是使用 gcin 時，libreoffice 則不會被影響，仍依照您系統預設來啟動相對應介面

home:swyear 套件庫仍繼續提供 gcin 套件
基本上我目前的做法是先在 home:swyear 打包，
自己試用一陣子沒問題，才會送到 M17N


gcin 現在也會自動出現在 GNOME 3 的系統匣，不需另外設定

升級 LibreOffice 3.3.2

openSUSE 最新穩定版本的 LibreOffice 放在
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Stable/
openSUSE 11.4 的 KDE4 使用者升級到此版本的 LibreOffice 就不會遇到輸入法無法使用的情形
(參考：openSUSE 11.4 小技巧)

至少您會發現啟動速度快了許多

openSUSE 11.4 小技巧

1. 在 KDE 環境中 gtk2 程式的視窗會出現白框（本來這個地方應該要有打光的效果）

可能是由於 nvidia 私有驅動程式和 oxygen-gtk 引擎衝突的關係
您可以升級 nvidia 驅動程式（但可能會用到 beta 版，且只能用 hard way 安裝）
或是改用其他的佈景主題
由 系統設定 -> 應用程式外觀 -> GTK 樣式與字型 來設定
（選擇 oxygen-gtk 以外的主題）

我會建議安裝 qtcurve-kde4 以及 qtcurve-gtk2比較能在外觀上達成一致

2. LibreOffice 無法輸入任何文字
參考 http://en.opensuse.org/LibreOffice
因為 LibreOffice 的 KDE4 整合界面有 bugs
所以應該強迫設成 gnome 的界面

export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome
